28th Annual Quechee Hot Air Balloon Festival and Crafts Fair

It's festival time again!! Committees are busily
planning a grand weekend of fun, frolic and festivities for all. As
you have indicated an interest in purchasing a Hot Air Balloon Ride,
please read the following criteria; complete the registration form;
send along your check, money order or credit card information. As
soon as we receive your completed form and money, we will place you
on our ride assignment list. A confirmation will be mailed to you
prior to the Festival.
- All rides must be booked and prepaid through the
Chamber office.
- Please bring your confirmation to the Balloon
Information Booth Check-in by 5:30 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. depending on
your flight time.
- You will be required to sign a Release Form. Hot
Air Ballooning can be physically challenging. Certain medical
conditions, such as hemophilia, seizure disorders, pregnancy, back
problems and advanced age prohibit participation without written
medical clearance. The Festival reserves the right to limit
passengers for health reasons without medical clearance for
participation.
- Cancellation Policy - If a paid passenger decides
to cancel after May 31, 2007, or during the Festival, a refund will
be made less a $50 administrative fee. If the flight is cancelled
due to weather conditions (including wind), and your flight cannot
be rescheduled in a mutually agreeable flight slot, your money will
be fully refunded.
